Tilting pad thrust bearing
Turbolink has designed and manufactured customized tilting pad thrust bearings for many rotating machinery based on broad experience. Self-equalizing thrust bearings have excellent force-balancing function which allows each shoe to carry an equal amount of the total thrust load.
Vertical guide & thrust bearing
Turbolink vertical bearings are a standard range of vertical bearings, which are robust, lightweight (dependant on size) and self lubricating. These bearings can be fitted with a variety of resistance temperature devices to measure the temperature of the lubricating oil or pads. Turbolink vertical combined bearings are usually self contained with water coolers which can be modified for different methods (i.e. air cooled and circulated oil variations) only by minor modification of casing.

situations. To select the proper hose for any of these applications requires, careful consideration of the inherent flexibility of the material in regards to the design of the assembly, installation, and versatility expected of the hose.
An expansion joint is a device containing one or more bellows used to absorb
dimensional changes, such as those caused by thermal expansion or contraction
of a pipeline, duct or vessel while containing pressure and the medium running
Frequently, thermal growth, equipment movement, vibration or pressure
pulsation can cause movement in a piping system. When flexibility for this
movement cannot be designed into the piping system itself, an expansion joint
is the ideal solution.

Universal Type Expansion Joint
This model, with a tie rod assembly, is an improvement on the un-tied universal type. The tie rod absorbs the thrust, which may damage the device.
Single Type Expansion Joint
This model, with the tie-rod assembly, is an improvement on the Single Typle Expansion Joint. This model is designed for pipelines with lateral movements. Tie-rods are designed to sustain the thrust generated during operation.
The equipment extends life expectancies of equipment by removing corrosive gases like dissolved oxygen and carbon dioxide in the water supply of a power plant or industrial plant. It is designed and produced in vertical, horizontal, and single-body forms, depending on the capacity of water supply.
A surface condenser is essential for condensation of the turbine exhaust steam and has important function to electic output efficiency of power plant.

Angular expansion joints are suitable for installations where it is not possible to create sturdy fixing points, and in pipe systems where bending occurs.
Since the angular expansion joints can only absorb bending, at least, 2 or 3 angular expansion joints are required everytime to ensure correct absorption of the movements.
Metal expansion joint
The pressure balanced expansion joint is used to relieve loads on equipment such as pumps, compressors and turbines.
The pressure balanced expansion joint will be negligible when compared to the cost of additional equipment, piping and building space which would be necessary for safe functioning of the equipment without the expansion joint.
It is difficult to precisely engage using traditional method of tightening and loosening bolts using a wrench due to the surface friction between the bottom of nut and flange surface and the distortion stress and friction from the thread. Bolt tensioner ensures precise and diverse tensioning of bolts and studs. This is quick, safe and easy to use.
As the core parts in steam turbines and gas turbines in nuclear power, hydro power, thermoelectric power and combined power plants, it gives high speed rotating power source when steam or gas generated from boiler or other facilities passes through the blade inside the turbine at high temperature and high pressure to rotate the power plant and generate electricity.
