RUPTURE DISC
The RUPTURE DISC is a part designed to be weak on purpose in the pressure system. It is a non-mechanical decrease device of over-pressure.

VARIABLE SPRING HANGER : it features a design that compresses a spring inside a cylinder and is called as a variable spring hanger because the spring's reaction force changes according to the movement of pipe position the pipe moves to upward or downward due to thermal expension. It is used at a place having small amount of thermal displacement and has advantages of simple structure and low price. CONSTANT SPRING HANGER : This is same as the variable spring hanger, but has a feature that the reaction size of spring is constant even though the pipe moves up and down via a specially designed mechanism.. Explaining briefly, it is called as a constant spring hanger because when the same weighted materials are place on both sides of a scale, the balance is maintained. The constant spring hanger is used at main lines where there is minimal stress change.

Expansion Joint
An expansion joint is a device containing one or more bellows used to absorb
dimensional changes, such as those caused by thermal expansion or contraction
of a pipeline, duct or vessel while containing pressure and the medium running
through it.
Frequently, thermal growth, equipment movement, vibration or pressure
pulsation can cause movement in a piping system. When flexibility for this
movement cannot be designed into the piping system itself, an expansion joint
is the ideal solution.

Metal expansion joint
Angular expansion joints are suitable for installations where it is not possible to create sturdy fixing points, and in pipe systems where bending occurs.
Since the angular expansion joints can only absorb bending, at least, 2 or 3 angular expansion joints are required everytime to ensure correct absorption of the movements.

Metal expansion joint
The pressure balanced expansion joint is used to relieve loads on equipment such as pumps, compressors and turbines.
The pressure balanced expansion joint will be negligible when compared to the cost of additional equipment, piping and building space which would be necessary for safe functioning of the equipment without the expansion joint.
