Condenser Tube Cleaning System & Debris Filter Product Description: The Condenser Tube Cleaning System (CTCS) is a simple, closed-loop ball recirculation system. A non-clogging pump transports sponge rubber balls from an inline ball recirculation unit and injects them into the inlet water flow of the shell-and-tube condenser. The balls are forced through the condenser tubes by differential pressure, cleaning the tube surfaces. Screens located downstream of the tubes remove the balls from the main cooling water flow and return them to the pump for recirculation or collection. The Debris Filter (DF) is designed to effectively prevent fouling caused by fibrous, coarse, and marine-life debris larger than the designated filter size. By removing debris from the cooling water inlet flow, tube fouling and plugging are drastically reduced.
