HAK Fire Dampers are used to prevent the spread of fire inside the ductwork through fire-resistance rated walls and floors. These dampers are available as safety-related (SR) and non-safety-related (NSR) items. Safety-related dampers are fabricated with Q-class components and dedicated commercial-grade items, and are verified for seismic qualification (SQ). They can also be verified for environmental qualification (EQ).
